"This property is definitely a hidden gem on Melbourne Beach. The remodeled modern style rooms are quaint and perfect, as we had an ocean facing room and couldn’t have asked for a better view. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is extremely hospitable and courteous. You will need to drive a ways for food and entertainment, but the stay was definitely worth it! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! I’ll be back! Thanks "

"Lue at the front desk was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We loved the lazy river. Our room was cute and comfortable enough. The breakfast was really good - lots of options. We do wish the restaurant/bar would have been open past 7 pm. For our room, we could tell it had been updated/redone, but the quality of the craftsmanship was subpar."

"Easy access to the beach (open 24/7) to see amazing sunrises, walking distance to cocoa pier. The only complaint was the air conditioner was very loud and made rattling sounds throughout the night. The carpet was also not the cleanest and pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy. "
