"Pleasantly surprised by the Ponderosa Inn. Nondescript from the outside, but the room was very appealing. Well-appointed, with a very tall wood-clad ceiling. Contactless entry went fine. The microwave in the common area was put to good use heating up the excellent pizza from the nearby Escalante Outfitters."

"This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! My last time I only stayed overnight, so this time I made sure to stay atleast 2 nights to get the full cabin experience. We stayed in their 6 people cabin which included a full bathroom and had a mini kitchen, which was super convenient for a bigger group (Although, last time we stayed in their 2 people cabin, and using the shared bathroom wasn’t too bad). "Enjoyed staying in the tiny house but the weekend we stayed it was cold and the house was difficult to stay warm. We never could get the water for the shower to get warm so we weren't able to shower. The morning we were leaving, we notice a propane tank was missing and it looked like it was connect to a hose for the bathroom shower. Everything else was very nice and comfortable. I'm sure the outdoor decks would be nice to enjoy when the weather is warmer. "
