In general all was excellent. The only remark was the air conditioning in the room that wasn’t cooling enough.

5 Star stay

Excellent stay! The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, AC worked perfectly and parking was easy and convenient. Everything exceeded my expectations - highly recommended!

Close to beach and and supermarket in a safe area.

Very clean. Excellent room with city view. Great food and hospitality.

All good , bar and restaurant service is very slow

Everyone was very friendly. I was really impressed that they worked with us to adjust our reservation when our flight was one day late getting in. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. As someone who works in an upscale hotel myself, I was very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the amazing staff.

. When I arrived at the hotel , the manager was very helpful It was a very nice hotel but I will use a different booking app from now on.

Excellent place to stay, staff super friendly and super close to the beach

Piano or jazz in the lobby at any moment of the day.

Excellent location! Kudos for the staff. AC works properly. Comfy bed. Great buffet breakfast A jewel!

Staff members are the difference. Clean rooms. A special mention to Joelma, the housekeeper. Reception personnel very friendly and accommodating. This is my place of choice every time I visit SP.

Their breakfast is amazing. Though, location is far from everything but safety is top tier. Very clean and rooftop pool is gorgeous. It gets very loud so I hope the facility will implement curfew for it’s guests so other people don’t get bothered.
