"We arrived late and the lafy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She made check in easy and her customer service is top tier. The room was clean and breakfast was good. If i come back to Birmingham Ill be staying here again. "

The kitchen/restaurant staff were especially friendly and conversational, making our dining experience an extra pleasant one. Not to mention the food is delicious anyway. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean and tidy, house keeping did a good job servcing the room as usual, and even the manager was extra helpful and friendly, taking personal time out of his day to help us out with a couple small things. We always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn Express at the Birmingham Airport whenever we are traveling in the area. Thanks again and God bless!"
