We were staying for three days and had to extend our stay, luckily Ann managed to get us a room at their sister hotel which was opening the next day. She handled the transfer of our luggage, the rebooking of our cruise, our airport transfers...absolutely fantastic.
Great reception, clean rooms, very courteous staff. The location is perfect, the rooms are quiet. I have nothing but positive things to say, 10/10.

This hotel is outstanding! It is close to all amenities and services. Above all the staff are amazing. They were so friendly, attentive and helpful with all of our needs. They genuinely want to make your stay amazing. They always had welcome tea ready or offered to help with our travels. They are truly in a class of their own.

The grounds are an immaculate, open layout from the lobby to the pool and the restaurant onto the beach access. There is entrance security for guest safety. The breakfast buffet is delectable, serving a variety of Western and Asian dishes - eggs are made to order. Drinks from the bar are delicious but seemed to take a while for poolside delivery.
The fitness facility is open from 7am-9pm...

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We got caught in the rain on our way out to dinner and ended up eating at the restaurant in the lobby and the food there was fantastic!

Absolutely amazing! We stayed for six years ago and had to come back. When we arrived after our 36 hour travel, it was like coming home! The staff are fantastic, the food is incredible, the rooms are amazing and overall it is comparable to one of the best hotels we have in Canada! My sister felt the same with her room and my son has booked again to come back and stay again already! Thank you for always being one of the best hotels and making our trip in Bali Amazing.
