"All staff from check-in to breakfast were super energetic and professional, despite being chaotically busy. Room was clean. "

"The hotel seemed to not be well taken care of, lots of marks on the walls, cracks in the tile, pieces of tile missing in the bathroom, spots on the carpet in the hallways. The rooms were clean enough, but not great. Staff was not overly friendly or welcoming."

"We checked in and then went to get our bags. My husband decided he wanted to use the restroom first. He walked back in and asked where the restrooms were, and the person who had just checked us in, less than a minute ago, said they were for guests only. He told her he had just checked in, but she said that wasn't true and that he couldn't use the facility. Later, she called our room at 10:00 PM to ask a question about our reservation. The day before our check-out date, my husband walked past the desk to his car, and I followed. The same person asked, "Are you leaving?" and I said yes, thinking she was just asking if we were leaving for the day. A few minutes later, I received a text saying we had been checked out of the hotel! I called and asked her why she did that, and she said because I said we were leaving. I told my husband about it, and he said he heard her arguing with another guest that morning. Now, we are dealing with overcharges that the supervisor said were incidentals and that we would be refunded within 7 to 14 days of our check-out date. I have never had to wait up to 14 days to get refunded for incidental charges. We were told at check-in that the incidentals were $50.00, but the overcharge was way over that. It's a new hotel, so it's clean, but that's the only nice thing I can say about it. The breakfast was mediocre. Stay away. "

"This is my 2nd visit alrhough they are remodeling they still gave excellent accommodation/service. "

"The font lady stayed on her phone using it on speaker while checking us in. So rude and why in speaker mode? The carpet had previous customer’s lashes and crumbs so no the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The bathtub had black stains. Just over all gross. We avoid private hotels for this purpose but here we are! "

"Carpet by the window was soaking wet as well as the the back wall. Hotel stated they were full and couldn't move me to a different room. I had prepaid for a king sweet and got a double with soggy wet carpet. The manager has reached out saying they will refund my money and take the room out of circulation until properly fix. Ide like to know how room service didnt notice it...did they actually clean the room?"
