"Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion!
