« We were very disappointed; we were checked in very late, and upon entering the room, we were thoroughly unhappy and even frightened—cockroaches were literally raining down on our heads, and the dishwasher was leaking water. We contacted reception twice, but nothing was done. We didn't even use the kitchen because it was terrifying to go in there. When we left, we had to check every single item to make sure no cockroaches had hitched a ride. We won't be staying there again. »

« Unit was somewhat spartan, but exactly as advertised. No real complaints. Love the jet tub in the bathroom. Lots of postit notes everywhere telling how to operate various things ... laugh-worthy, but useful. TV in 2nd bedroom didn't work so well ... but the TV in the master bedroom worked fine ... as long as you minded the the postit note to "press the buttons on the remote very hard." Wifi went out occassionally. Three flights of stairs were doable ... until I broke my leg (not a joke). ...

« Would have been a perfect location just across from the Stage Coach Lift, if there had been any snow at Heavenly. We wound up hiking and playing disc golf instead. We definitely needed our own rental car for that. The place was very quiet (not surprising since there wasn't snow). The hot tub was a nice feature but only 2 of the jets worked. Because there were only two of us, I would have preferred not to have a bed in the front room and would have used that as a sitting area instead. I can...
