« Dans le PN et sur le grand canyon, c’est pour cela que j’avais réservé une double room lit queen size! Ils ne retrouvaient pas la réservation! Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre minuscule avec vue sur parking ! Cerise sur le gâteau elle se situait à l’étage -1 sans ascenseur ! Personne pour nous aider à descendre nos valises ce qui a notre âge a demandé des efforts tout à fait inappropriés. Immeuble vétuste. Très déçus de notre séjour »
