« A/C did not work in my room, asked to be switched to another room staff did nothing except I will have to check with the manager They ended up putting a small desk fan in my room This did not help, I asked for some discount for the trouble they did not want to help or care. I would not recommend staying here It is just a stripped down no frills hotel Do not stay here »

« The hotel is modern, bright and welcoming and the breakfast was great. It amazes me that the owner has such a nice place but cuts the water usage back to where the shower is a pitiful drizzle, almost no water. The sad thing is that the threadbare and worn out towels match the deplorable lack of water in the shower. I am surprised that Springhill Suites let's that go on in one of their fine hotels. Someone is asleep at the switch. There, I've had my rant. Having said that, the hotel is very nice...
