The four-story townhouse has 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms and features gorgeous interior design and amenities, elegant furniture, and a rooftop deck with outdoor seating, PLUS views of the Ocean and Bay! The living room, located on the second floor, is nicely furnished and offers guests ample seating to relax and view the huge flat-screen TV. The kitchen entails granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests will love cooking meals in this fully stocked kitchen. The bar countertop has four barstools for additional eating space. The dining table has seating for 6-8 people. Three bedrooms are located on the third floor, including the master bedroom. The private master features a king-size bed, large flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. An attached private bathroom is equipped with a shower. The second bedroom provides a queen bed. The third sleeping area is an open space and entails two twin trundle beds and twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total). Take the spiral staircase up to a spacious roof-top deck! The deck provides guests with an outdoor lounge area with seating for the whole group and delivers amazing tropical views of the island, the Ocean, and the Bay! Take a dip in the sparkling swimming pool or head towards the beach for a nice day with your toes in the sand! It's just a 5-minute walk from your door! Lots of stairs (3 story). Would be nice if they didn't make the garage inaccessible. My net review is that I would rent it again, if they fix the below.The oversights were disappointing. First, the refrigerator was borderline non-functional as it barely cooled its contents. Yet, there is a conspicuous warning not to change the temperature under threat of fine. Ironic.Our milk and yogurt lasted little more than a day. And no, we didn't fill the fridge with warm food (as if that should matter in 2025). Second, the listing advertises a "coffee maker" and to "bring you own filters." There is no coffee maker. There is a garbage-tier K-Cup machine. That's not a generic "coffee maker", and normal filters obviously do not fit in K-Cup machines. The listing in this regard was entirely wrong and it was a hassle to deal with. They had an unusual aluminum french press instead, but the stove is electric so you can imagine how inefficient and imprecise that was for making coffee.The electric stove was disclosed in the listing. But, like all electric stoves, it was finicky, too small (pans encroach each other) and slow to heat. If you like to cook, just keep this impediment in mind.The kitchen appointments were also fairly bare bones. Pots and such were minimal, although usable. There is no food processor.The rest of the unit was smartly supplied, but, no broom & dustpan? Again with the dumb oversights! ##### Cassandra T.
