"When we arrived at the property, (9 pm) we could not open the door, the code would not work. We were standing on the porch until we reached the local representative who could remotely open the door. Upon entry, the "suite" was cold, and no bed was noticeable. The inside temperature was 47º and we found no thermostat. "Started with waiting 30 minutes to check in. At one point the elevator went out. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry all luggage down. I had two rooms booked. The other room the AC wasn’t working. They were told they can’t control it. Wouldn’t change their room. Their room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They don’t smoke. Again, they wouldn’t change their room. Could be a great hotel but need better customer service."
