  • 35% off monthly! This fully renovated tiny home is conveniently located in Chambersburg, PA just off I81 and along Rt 30. The details of this space will not disappoint for any length of stay! This unit includes a well stocked kitchen and thoughtfully designed bathroom with a fully tiled shower. The loft area has 2 twin beds for additional guests. There is a shared outdoor space with a fire pit, dining, and yard games coming soon. Included is an onsite coin laundry for your convenience.

    Mane & Co Motel and Tiny Homes is located just minutes from downtown, while providing an easy escape to the interstate, main highways, shopping, eating, and parks. These home are tastefully designed, simplistic, cozy, and thoughtful. The fully stocked kitchens provide a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and toaster for eating in along with everything you need for your morning cup of coffee. Your room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, a loft with 2 twin beds accessible by ladder and a small dining area for 2 and a smart TV.

    *Warning* We do not recommend children use the ladder to the loft space.

    Guests have access to their reserved tiny home, designated parking space right outside their door, and access to the shared common/outdoor area located to the right of the building where you can enjoy a fire pit, yard games and lounge at the picnic tables. There is also coin laundry available on the property.

    *We ask that guests sign a renters agreement and hold a $100 security deposit upon booking in case of damages*

This place met all my expectations. We attended a festival in Shippensburg and this place was only a few minutes down the highway— perfect spot! The property is immediately off the highway, but far enough away to keep out the noise.The furnishings were updated and modern. The ladder to the loft was secured to the wall, though it took my 12 yo a min to figure out that it needed to be lifted and then pulled. He enjoyed the loft, which had outlets, a lamp, and overhead lights. The beds were soft. Lots of pillows! The kitchen was super clean and had enough equipment to cook. The refrigerator was a good size and held all of our cooler items. The freezer was great for refreezing our ice packs and keeping breakfast items cold.The bathroom held the hot water enough for 3 of us to shower with no loss of pressure or temperature. Towels were provided. Handsoap was provided.Everything was super clean. There were a few things that had some scratches or signs of wear, but still new. The HVAC worked!!!

Cute house and great location

This rental is absolutely adorable! It was just the right size for our weekend trip to visit family. The location is perfect, with easy access to I-81 and plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The property itself was spotless and the kitchen has everything you might need. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Chambersburg.

Pet friendly room was really clean and tastefully decorated. The location is great and the outside firepit was cool - enjoyed seeing it even though we didnt advantage of it since our stay was short.
