"So overall I enjoyed the stay but when I needed service to change my sheets it was to complicated. I had female moments and had to call when the housekeeper was outside my door. The concierge sent a set of sheets and the were stained and Noone ever came back."

"We’ve stayed here three years in a row, all great. The kitchen is a great addition when traveling with kids. "

"Room size was very good, view was beautiful. The small kitchen had no utensils, no napkins, coffee packs but no cream sugar or cups. The neighbors across the hall had bags or trash and dirty pampers in the hallway which remained there the entire stay. It could be a really great place with a little effort from staff. "

"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"Hard Rock in AC is a nice hotel but AC itself especially the boardwalk has really gone down hill. Nice clean modern rooms Hotel staff pleasant. Live music in the lobby was fun. If you are a nonsmoker be mindful of the casino right at the entrance to the lobby allows smoking and it can be pretty strong especially when it's crowded. Overall we enjoyed our stay but have no plans of returning to AC anytime soon. The boardwalk was dreadful."
