We could have used some washcloths and an extra hand towel for the toilet room, which comes with a sink. It would have been helpful to have a shelf or hook in the bathrooms. The washer/dryer unit did not dry. So we had to hang up our clothes and iron some to dry them before checkout the following morning. The frypan was well worn. »

« I don’t generally like to write negative reviews but after reading all the 5 stars review in felt I should share my experience. We had room 62. The view was nice the room was like in the picture. But the state of the room was terrible, the carpet was full of holes and stain the space between the bed and the wall was about 6 inches you have to crawl sideways. There was a dirty rag left on the bathroom floor but the cleaning people. For 300$ NZD for the night we were not expecting a 5 star...
