This is a very large apartment with a large outside lanai overlooking the harbor. Brilliant accomodation for the area, had a great stay. My only feedback to owners is to add a timed AC unit to use when hot, and a slightly later default checkout would be perfect like other hotels. Other than that though had a lovely stay and would stay again if traveling through Picton. Right on the waterfront looking down the sound. It makes it hard to leave the apartment, but the location is also totally central and provides easy access to the harbor, the business district, and to lots of walking tracks. Some additional staples would have been handy like cooking oil, foil, spices. The views were amazing of the sounds. Unbeatable! Sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the views really was special. The location was 10/10 also, being right in the thick of Picton you could access bars and restaurants within 1 minute. View was great, parking was safe too. Before heading to North island, it was a great choice. Just a few things: it would be great if there is a photo of "the Swipe" for car garage in the email instructions, and fix the key box lock. Then we didn't have to call. Anyway when I called, the woman staff helped, and let us to leave the keys at the apartment. Wish we can come back.
