With nearly 5,000 square feet of living space, there’s room for everyone to gather or slip away for quiet relaxation. Multiple living areas provide plenty of space to unwind, while a bright sunroom opens to an expansive deck with lounge chairs, al fresco dining, and a gas fire table. Kids (and kids at heart) will love splashing in the private above-ground pool after a game of cornhole, spike ball, or other provided yard games. The spacious yard also has a large firepit to gather around for s'mores or star watching. Inside, the gourmet kitchen brings everyone together, offering seating at the island, dining table, and a formal dining room. In just a quick 3-minute drive, you’ll reach Kids Corner Park and the Blue Stairs beach access at South Beach. The house is big and spacious, and there are multiple areas where people can gather--both indoors and outdoors. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely, and if you have little ones that need naps (as we do!), the house accommodates for this. The home is well-appointed and the pool was very fun for adults and kids. The outdoor patio is great for adults who need to keep their eyes on the kids while swimming. The yard is big enough that we had a volleyball net set up and still had room for a kickball game or two. The house is all that the pictures promise and was large enough that we could all be together or spread out when we wanted. It's furnished with everything you could need (or want), including a restaurant-quality waffle maker that we used every morning! The yard games, bikes, double stroller, bubbles, chalk etc. kept us all as busy as we wanted and the pool let us not be busy at all!
