Our home is conveniently located about 4 blocks to Lake Michigan and the beach. It is also about 4 blocks to the wooden kids park and downtown. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 guests. Everything you may possibly need can be found in our cottage for a comfortable stay. We have a washer and drier. There are 2 porches to relax on and yard/outdoor furniture. Another less-than-ideal issue was the distance to beach and downtown was a bit farther than the listing suggested. Little kids could never make it to the beach on foot. Finally, the neighborhood was fine, but not attractive. This may not matter to anyone. Otherwise the listing earned its overall 5-star rating. ##### susan f.
