"The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."

"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. "It is exactly as the description says. Great place for multi generational family gathering. Games room packed with toys kept 4 year old entertained as did the table tennis for the teenagers. Walking distance to shops and beach. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Highly recommend"

"We spent 3 nights in this lovely cottage within the country Park, the cottage is incredibly well equipped in the kitchen , the views are amazing, all the way along the coast, Pett levels, Rye, Camber sands, Dungeness and in one particularly clear night France! Karen responded to queries immediately and was an excellent host. I certainly recommend this cottage."

"Excellent property, great location. Perfect for family of 4 with beautiful beaches nearby. Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property. Perhaps consider a key safe?"

"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed the tennis court and the main living space at Hollyoak Sanctuary. The weather didnt cooperate so we didnt use the outside space as much as we wanted to but it was fabulous and would be great in better weather. The property manager was very receptive in answering questions and was flexible meeting our requests. Kitchen well equipped and bedrooms were great. Very dog friendly which we loved and a nice circular walk straight from the drive or back garden...

"There don't seem to be that many small properties to rent outside of the main villages and towns so if you want to feel a little more in the forest this is perfect. Heath's, woods and Hatchet Pond are all walkable from your door in a few minutes. The house is cosy with a lovely living room and well appointed to kitchen. The hosts were lovely and even left us some wine and chocolates. Recommended."

"123 Fortuneswell is great for tbose of us who want to explore an area and feel part of a community. FORTUNESWELL is ideal for its amazing outstanding natural beauty the views are really amazing. The cottage is set in the village near to amenities. You only have to walk down the hill to the promenade which has 2 superb eating venues .the cottage is by 2 brilliant bus services to portland and Weymouth really easy .We had no problem parking just down the road. Fortuneswell is a beautiful village...

"Perfect place to stay the night before our cruise. The little cafe in the lobby is charming. Our room had a kitchenette. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the pier"

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
