« This was a nice location and checkin and communication were very clear and easy. I appreciated how quickly the host responded. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes very close by, and it's quiet at night despite being off of a main road.There were a few hiccups though during the stay- the water temperature seemed to fluctuate wildly especially when taking a shower. It would get really hot (burn potential) and then cold and back again. May want to turn the water heater temp down a bit so the...

« The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get. »

« I have stayed at this Vrbo 2 times now. It is renovated house that has other tenants at least 2 other units. The parking is confusing as it states park in the parking lot closest to the road but that is not clear at the site. The kitchen stuff is slim and there is NO salt at all. , »
