« The house is very well conserved and extremely clean. Emily offers all the possible attention that a host can give to tenants. I highly recommend her breakfast. She also gives some general advice about reading if you are visiting Casadaga as a spiritual center. I hope to return to her Bed and Breakfast soon. I made a mistake booking my night and she helped me in that matter. I really appreciate that. This is an amazing place!!! »

« We really had a great visit in Mount Dora. The Heirloom Inn was quaint. It was located conveniently to everything downtown. The car stayed parked on premises until it was time to leave. When we arrived at approximately 3:00pm there was someone from housekeeping there that was very nice. She made sure everything was good. Overall great stay! »

« The unit was nice though the AC was not operating properly. The Hosts were very understanding and immediately offer/processed refund and assisted in instructing us on method of cancelation to get full refund from VRBO. VRBO was also extremely prompt in processing a our full refund. This was a first for us using VRBO and was very skeptical but after this experience I will not have any reservation about using VRBO again as well as booking through this host. The AC issues were out of the hosts...

"Le confort des lits. C’est tout. Les femmes de ménage en faisaient très peu. Ce n’est pas la première fois que je vais à la Quinta. Mais c’est la première fois que le nettoyage est fait ainsi. J’ai dû aller chercher des serviettes à l’accueil plusieurs fois. Les lits étaient faits sommairement, les draps n’étaient pas changés. Le papier toilette manquant n’était pas rajouté. "
