Luxurious home in Son Servera

No other villa in our portfolio is as picturesquely nestled in a landscape dotted with almond, cocoa and olive trees as Villa Son Murto in one of the best locations in the north-east of Mallorca. The house stands on a 7,000 m² plot between the villages of Artà and Son Servera. The huge plot with an impressive, long private driveway is mostly still in its natural state, but the land around the house is laid out as a well-kept garden that you can enjoy to the full during your holiday. The centrepiece of the outdoor area is a large lawn with a pool in the middle. The magnificent, blue-tiled pool has entry steps and an inviting lounge terrace on one side. There is also a barbecue area for open-air barbecues in the evening. From the pool, a small stone path leads up a few steps to another raised terrace. This is covered and is the main terrace of the villa. The beautiful dining table is an excellent place to enjoy al fresco meals. The real highlight, however, is on the side of the house, where a Balinese bed awaits discerning tastes, with views into the distance and tranquillity to escape from everyday life. The views of the surrounding countryside from all the terraced areas are simply incredible. At the foot of the villa are numerous small green hills. If the orange trees bear fruit during your stay at the villa, be sure to try them! Even uncut, they exude a wonderfully intense fragrance incomparable to anything you can buy in a British supermarket and are delicious on their own or as freshly squeezed juice.







When you enter the house, the first room is the spacious lounge with living and dining area, equipped with a fireplace, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, music system and WLAN. Light colours, perfectly coordinated, create a cosy and absolutely harmonious atmosphere. The high ceilings and large windows create a light and airy living ambience in which you can relax and move around. To the side of the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee and espresso machine and a large free-standing fridge with freezer compartment. As you stand here preparing a fresh salad, you can look out through the window directly into the garden and beyond. A meal prepared in this way is guaranteed to taste even better! The kitchen, living and dining area occupy the entire front part of the house. The rear part of the villa is accessible from the lounge. The sleeping area consists of two simply and tastefully furnished double bedrooms and a cosy single bedroom. There are also two bathrooms with showers. A small corridor connects the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside the house there is also a separate utility room with washing machine.



The very friendly owners of the house have children themselves and therefore also offer this holiday villa to families with children. There is a baby cot and a high chair in the house. Older children can enjoy cooling off in the pool and on the surrounding lawns every day.



Villa Son Murto is situated in an absolutely peaceful location, nestled in the green hills of the coastal community of Son Servera, where it blends beautifully into the romantic natural landscape of countless gnarled almond and olive trees. From the villa you can enjoy a marvellous distant view. Nearby are some of the most beautiful sandy beaches that Mallorca has to offer. For shopping, head to Son Servera, where you will find several supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
