"More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. "Great family holiday, good location and facilities including parking space. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks. All inclusive is recomended ..we would love to came back to this place again."

"Property is in an area with many derelict buildings. It feels safe enough. Hotel itself needs refurbishing. Staff at reception are ok, catering staff not very friendly at all. Noisy room as was situated above the entertainment disco area which thankfully stopped at 11pm."
