« Check-in was a snap, and the owners are very responsive! Kitchen is well appointed, but be advised does not have a microwave. No issue heating leftovers in a pan! Paonia is a beautiful town. This cottage is walkable to everything on Grand Ave, and even out to the Berg mercantile. Our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time! »

« BEDBUG ALERT!! One of the bedrooms in the upstairs was full of bedbugs. It has bit us all over and made us feel so uncomfortable and itchy. There were no cribs for the babies/toddlers. Not a great option for families. Apart from this, the view from the cabin was great. »

« I’ve stayed at numerous rentals and this is by far this best! This home was stocked with everything you could ever need along with hilarious tp verbiage down to the last roll! I was able to get a late checkout with no problem, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, wonderful front porch, enough room for everyone and a lot adorable wildlife visitor’s passing through the yard. »

The groundskeeper, Joe, was great, as was Coal, the property watch cat. Night sky was endless with stars. Mornings, watch the herd of Elk in the fields below. We cannot wait to go back!! »

Spent a lot of time out in the yard watching fishermen and rafters go by on the river.Spent a full day at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, which was about 60 miles away. "le menage etait fait repidement tous les 2 jours. Tout l'hotel est a renover. Moquette sale et usee. Impossible d'avoir des apps sur la TV de la chambre. J'ai ete reveillee a plusieurs reprises par des groupes qui arrivaient en pleine nuit . Et comble de tout, il ne sont pas capable de nous renseigner en cas de rage de dents; La reponse : vous avez Goggle, je vous conseille de faire une recherche. L'imprimante de l'open space manquait d'encre, il a fallut envoyer un email a la reception, pour lui demander d'imprimer a notre place 2 feuilles desquelles nous avions besoin. Aucun room service, si vous avez fin a 10 heures du soir apres un long voyage, vous attendrez le lendemain. Le rapport qualite prix est tres mauvais."
