The resort is amazing for families, super clean, friendly staff, amazing pools for kids and adults, great housekeeping, and beautiful beach. I cant say enough about Singer Island and the surrounding area. We look forward to returning every year. You will not regret staying here and will fall in love with W Palm Beach."

"Not enough towels. Then had to wait as they did not have them. Asked for sheets and blankets for pull out couch and they did not have a blanket and only one pillow. Bathroom could have been cleaner and was very dated. "

"Valet returned my Tesla with a beverage spilled and dried to my white passenger seat after I just paid to detail the car before this trip. When I pointed it out to front desk she did immediately refund ONE day of parking however my vehicle should not have had anyone drinking in it and that beverage sat there stinking up my car for 2 fill days. Hotel room fridge was not cleaned out and a previous guests leftovers were still in it. I was told someone from management would call me to discuss but nobody did. The mattress in the room is old and outdated and did not measure up to my expectation for this type of hotel. "

"Room was recently updated and was clean. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Seemed to be occupied by more “residents” than guests but that’s what you get at the price point."
