"We loved this house. The setup was perfect for couples and singles. Great location … short walk to dinner in Santa Ynez and close to local wineries in Solvang and Los Olivos. The house was just as pictured - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Nice backyard for BBQ, cocktails, and cornhole. Pool table was a plus too. Definitely recommend!"

Rick responded immediately when we had a couple questions. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and had a small BQ outdoors since we had a super warm weekend. "I booked this as a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday. Family met us there and the four of us loved the place. Secluded, but close to wherever we needed to be. Was lovely to sit outside, enjoy the view and play a little bocce ball or dip our feet in the pool. Delightful! The host was very responsive to my questions leading up to our stay. And when the coffee maker conked out, he promptly delivered a brand new one (plus there was a Keurig for back up)!"
