It's a beautiful property, and the breakfast is great! Very convenient location for walking downtown, although there are some party houses nearby which can occasionally be loud, but I never had trouble sleeping. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be looking to stay here the next time I visit.

This is a really nice concept, individual townhouse units with lots of room for family stays and they allow pets. Nice having the bi levels with two bathrooms, the courtyard is lovely with blooming trees and birds singing. I never heard any of the neighbours, it was super quiet with easy access to 3rd street that takes you everywhere you need to go in Bloomington. Comfortable bed. I will stay here again for certain.

Really nice hotel, maintained well, check in was seamless and rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was a bonus!

Kitchenette in room. Free laundry mat. Only two things I personally would've preferred would've been the presence of a toilet brush in the suite and a softer mattress.

Awesome. Great choice especially for school related functions.

A gem. Grounds and building are showings it age but also its charm. We stayed in a king with a sofa couch one night. It was easy to drive downtown to eat. When we returned we were surprised that the garden patio had live music til around 9:30/10 pm. A very comfortable stay and better than most continental breakfasts.

Although not very busy this time of year the staff ensured that all my needs were addressed in a timely manner I would like to extend a special thanks to Tomi who took the trouble of looking up direction into town for my meeting. To Melissa for the excellent service and Justin for the fantastic Lasagna. Room was fantastic although garden view is actually looking out onto the parking lot, so next time I will book the lake view. Pool and exercise room are superior to several others.
