"The staff all around were excellent. We loved our room. The shower water is hot. The location was perfect for us. More lively activities could be planned. The one option for dinner which was a buffet was disappointing but the food was ok. The grill near pool was great however pizza was burned every time. bar had great drinks. Very laid back resort. Breakfast was great. Live DJ and guitarist was wonderful"

"This property is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully decorated with incredible attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property managers were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.The kids had an amazing time enjoying the pool and making s’mores around the fire pit each evening. We also loved kayaking right from the dock, which made for such a fun and relaxing way to enjoy the ocean. The thoughtful welcome gift basket waiting for us upon arrival was such a nice touch and made us feel right at home.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable vacation! We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at this incredible waterfront villa exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property and the thoughtful attention to every detail.The home is absolutely stunning, with spacious, beautifully designed common areas that made it easy for our entire group to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The pool and expansive deck quickly became our favorite spots, offering breathtaking water views, the perfect setting for morning coffee, afternoon swims, and unforgettable sunsets.The accommodations are truly luxurious. Every bedroom is beautifully appointed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable with high-end linens that made for the best night’s sleep. The layout is ideal for large families or groups traveling together. With five bedrooms—including three in the main house and two in the separate guest house—everyone had plenty of space and privacy while still feeling connected.The kitchen was well-equipped, the home was immaculate, and every aspect of the property felt brand new and meticulously maintained. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, hosting a family reunion, or simply looking for a luxury Caribbean escape, this villa is the perfect choice.We can’t recommend this property highly enough and are already looking forward to our next stay. Without a doubt, one of the finest vacation homes we’ve ever experienced!"

"We stayed in this condo apartment for a week and loved it! It felt like someone's home, with many useful and beautiful details. There were pantry items in the refrigerator and cabinets, as well as spices and any sort of cookware needed. The bedrooms and living area had beautiful island art. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and body wash. We spent a lot of time on the balconies just watching the gorgeous view of Buck Island. Kat was available for questions but we are frequent visitors to the island and had none while there. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and pool noodles. Excellent meals at La Reine Chicken Shack, Ital in Paradise, Toast. Our meal at Estera was pretty good. The best ice cream on the island is Sorbetiere in Sunny Isles. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Our family of 6 loved the house and views of the surrounding hills and Buck Island! The rooms were spacious with lots of windows to let in the breezes, and split-unit ACs in every room for when it got too hot. The road to the house was challenging. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of seasonings, dishes, silverware, large utensils, and many appliances. The place had plenty of towels for the pool and beaches. The pool and deck were awesome and we enjoyed the lounge chairs, hammock, and outdoor table. The pool was clean and our kids were in it for hours every day. Agree with a previous reviewer that a couple minor things could use some maintenance such as minor sagging in one deck section and a loose tile around the pool stairs. Would definitely love to stay here again!"
