"Siamo stati ottimamente accolti e seguiti da Andrea. Presente senza mai essere invadente. Se avevi bisogno c’era sempre e rispondeva subito. La casa , com’è ovvio che sia, l’abbiamo vissuta poco, si partiva al mattino e si rientrava la sera, però ha tutto, dal forno al condizionatore per passare da lavatrice e lavastoviglie. La sera regnava il silenzio assoluto e si può parcheggiare all’interno del cancello la propria auto. Consigliata."

"Останавливались на неделю с маленьким ребёнком. Расположение до моря прекрасное- 45 секунд. Тихо, соседей было не слышно. Пляж и бухта очень красивые и не многолюдные. (Только на выходных приезжают городские и становится заметно шумнее, но это всего 2 дня) Есть прекрасный ресторан в пешей доступности. Небольшая проблема с продуктовыми магазинами и нет банкомата чтобы снять деньги. Все это в ближайшем городе. "

"Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genug Sitzmöglichkeiten für Gruppen von 4 bis 6 Personen. Es gibt eine sehr große Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer, Berge und den Ort und dort kann man sich ab 14:00 im Schatten aufhalten. Zudem hat man eine überdachte und daher ganztägig schattige Terrasse auf der Westseite. Außerdem ist im Innenbereich ein großer Esstisch, falls es mal zu heiß ist oder die Wespen beim Essen stören. Der Strand ist in nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man kann wunderbar...

"Das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Es ist keine Luxus Fewo , es besticht durch seine einzigartige Lage und war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Andrea der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar! Die Dachterrasse und der Ausblick ist ein Traum , der Strand durch eigenen Zugang in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil, Mitte Oktober muss man zum Abendessen in Restaurants immer grundsätzlich 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Die Qualität des Essens hat dann aber...

"Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa con amici e bambini. La casa si trova molto vicino al mare. È molto ben fornita e accessoriata. Casa davvero accogliente con una sala davvero grande. Doccia esterna molto ben fruibile e barbecue esterno enorme. La zona è perfetta con mare fantastico. Il paesino è piuttosto piccolo e ha ben poco da offrire, ma gli spostamenti sono agevoli. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile con consigli e indicazioni puntuali e molto cordiali"

"We have enjoyed it a lot. Andrea has been very helpful with minor issues or questions arising. He provided us as well with many infos about the area/restaurants and beaches. The House is a 5 minute walk away from the very nice Beach of Solanas. Our kids did enjoy the garden as well. Overall we would recommend a stay at this property."

"Definitely a quiet accommodation so good if you’re looking for rest. Close to the beach and a couple restaurants and a grocery store. The front desk was super helpful, Valentina was absolutely amazing and from the moment we arrived we felt so taken care of, her energy and vibe was refreshing and she was friendly 10/10 for her!"
