It consists of two separate rooms, each equipped with a sofabed and a double bed, as well as a shower and toilet. Additionally, there is an exit leading to a balcony from one of the rooms. The kitchen/living area is combined, and it includes a dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, an electric coffee machine, a dining table, and a satellite TV. The apartment is heated with oil heating.
