"Honestly when we got there we were a little doubtful in going in because the outside of the building looked nothing like the pictures online. But… they are remodeling so that explains that. I am so happy to have stayed here, we enjoyed our stay and thought it was very convenient to have a store next door for snacks or small stuff like toiletries we may have forgotten. The front desk lady was beyond exceptional very friendly and helpful. If we were to visit Moses lake we would definitely stay here again. I believe her name was Kasey? Not sure but exceptional customer service thank you! Another add the pool was well maintained and we enjoyed swimming here"
