"Booked the King Jacuzzi. Everything was excellent, newly remodeled room, comfy bed, clean linens, clean room... Only real suggestion for improvement i can suggest is get the Jacuzzi a better jet system or motor or whatever makes the jets run. The jets were really weak, but still really pleased with everything overall."

"My family enjoyed staying in the cabin surrounded by nature. The cabin was amazing. We loved being close to trails, river and loved the swing."

"We had a wonderful time at this house! We were a group of adults, family and friends and one infant, celebrating a birthday. The rooms were all wonderful. The host even had a pack-n-play for the baby to use so we didnt have to bring one. The weekend was very cold, but the indoor pool and spa made the weekend a great time. There is so much space in the house for everyone to have their own area, but also come together for meals and game time. Thank you Dee and Chris for a wonderful stay!"

"This was an awesome place to stay in Gladwin, right on the water of Lake Lancer. We plan an ice fishing trip each year with work colleges and this is one of the best layouts we have seen for sleeping 13 people, hanging out in the common area and playing games in the dinner room, proximity to the water, and close to a few more lakes in the area that are good for fishing, there is also a trailhead about 20 min to the west that leads up to Houghton Lake area. The owner was awesome at communicating and letting us check in and out with a text message. We would love to return to this location in the future."

"Overall, this rental property was a good stay for us. For the most part, it is just as the listing shows. Upon checking into the home I did think it could’ve been cleaned better as I did do some cleaning myself immediately upon checking in. We did have to contact the property manager right away because we were left with very little paper towels and toilet paper that were supposed to be provided and there was also no air mattresses as stated in the description. (We were also left with very few kitchen garbage bags but unfortunately, we did not discover this until later in our stay) The property manager came the next day to drop off the missing supplies and to fix the fireplace that did not work. There is less parking that was stated also due to a pontoon boat and a tent type carport being on the property. There is no technical driveway so you do park in the grass which may not be good depending on the weather you get. Overall, the bedrooms were large and very accommodating with the extra TVs for children. Keep in mind the two king bedrooms upstairs have a skylight directly over the bed, so you will wake up to sunlight in your eyes if that is an issue for you. Also, the roll up shades in these bedrooms are see-through, so be sure to keep that in mind so you don’t give the neighbors a show at night. Our trip was during the winter so we could not utilize the lake but we were able to use the fireplace on the deck which was a nice feature."
