Parc aquatique Soaring Eagle Waterpark

Propreté très moyenne, rideau de douche moisi, détecteur de fumée obturé et forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre. Au petit déjeuner le grill pain était en panne.

We arrived just after midnight, after a very long day of driving. When we got into our rooms, one member of our group took a shower and when she took a hand towel off the rack, it was covered in excrement. We then realized it was also on the floor and there was something on the wall. The staff member at the front desk came up to bring fresh towels, after expressing that there was nothing he could do until a manager came in the morning. In the morning we came down to the desk to see the manager, who was called by the desk agent. He/She (the name of this manager is Don/Dawn) told the agent that they would get in touch with us because they were unable to deal with this issue now. That was two days ago, no one has called to discuss the absolutely disgusting experience that we had. Horrendous customer service, vile and unsanitary conditions.

Staff was very helpful with a late check in. Overall hotel could use a facelift, updating and thorough deep sanitary cleaning.
