"Great location and helpful staff "

"We’ve been coming to Crested Butte for 7 years and decided to splurge and try a new house in the same neighborhood. Turns out the description of the bedrooms I was given when we booked was incorrect (resulting in people sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa), which we learned when we arrived. After much back and forth we did finally settle on a remedy, however I will not be looking to book with this host again in the future. That said, the house was otherwise clean, and the listing has been updated to be accurate, and so others should not have the issue we did."

"Convenient to lift base, nice hot tub"

"Slopes easily accessible. Ski storage/attendant nice feature. Nice lobby and bar and great to have a restaurant on site. Lots of space on lower lobby level for your personal gatherings. Facility is showing wear; things often don't work ie coffee pot, safe, jacuzzi jets have no power. While staff will address items when brought to attention, they obviously need a better "check list" for house keeping staff. They should work when you arrive. Also having two out of four elevators down during key times (check-in/check-out) makes for long wait times and packed elevators. For what you pay there should be a higher level of quality."

"Lovely home, perfect set up for our family! Loved the wood fireplace and the fact the wood was provided. Kitchen was one of the best stocked with everything we needed to cook. The house is beautifully maintained, one of the cleanest we have rented. The views were amazing! "

"Great location near Crested Butte, loved the shuttle service to the mountain during ski season. Home is new and clean, with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern decor. The upper floor is wonderful for groups, with large dining table, a second breakfast or card table, and a nice seating area on matching couches. The back patio and grill were not usable in winter due to snow accumulation sliding off roof. Huge island in the kitchen for food prep and gathering.The lower floor is mainly bedrooms and has confortable in-floor heating. Garage is also heated, which is wonderful in winter. Hot tub is just outside the front door with nice mountain views. Water was changed prior to arrival which reassures clean water, but was too cold to use until day 2.We had a nice stay and would recommend this property."
