The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent! And not to mention, historic charm. « They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! Which is...

« It was time to stop and came across this place on Expedia so decided to book a room. Check in location is not in the same building so had to locate it to get checked in. Lady was very friendly checking us in. We were on 2nd floor. The elevator was old and dirty. Our room was ok. Bathroom was clean and bed was clean. It’s a very dated place. The outside needs a great deal of work to make it more attractive. You can tell the outside is way behind in needing updating. Breakfast was very limited...

« I’m typically not a person who leaves a bad review…. But this was BAD. Our room smelled like a toilet. No water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was awful. The tables to eat breakfast were dirty. No one there wiping them off between people eating. The pool had so much chlorine it made my son sick because he couldn’t breathe. Horrible. Will pay more money elsewhere and drive further. Don’t recommend. »
