« Our room was clean, bed was very comfortable, parking was right in front of room. We felt safe, walking distance to restaurants and stores, 2 minutes from beach with driving, u could walk or ride a bike, the property and room was up to date and good and calm vibe. I didn’t see staff. I choose self check in. Received texts messages and code to room, the way point left robes , beach towels, and umbrella for convenience with ur stay. I choose not use them. Maybe for a longer stay. Air conditioning...

« Une nuit seulement hôtel propre sauf pour le tapis dans la chambre sûrement à cause des chiens qui sont admis en grand nombre donc cet établissement ne devrait pas avoir de tapis du tout s’ils veulent avoir des chiens et des chats! Devrait y avoir une note à ce sujet avant la réservation »

« I Love the Hyatt it was amazing. It was our first time staying at the Hyattt.It was wondering! Just amazing. We were visiting our 88 year old aunt. Embassy Suites, Westgate, nor the Sheraton have nothing on the Hyatt. The staff was excellent very good customer service skills! Especially the young man who kept the food for breakfast replenish the, tables clean, the food area was kept clean. I don't remember his name but he was very pleasant great personality! He worked there for 4 or five years...

« First, great hotel and even better location. Near many amenities for food or shopping choices. Hotel was clean and staff great. No issues. Lobby is extra-large with several seating areas. Outside seating area for smokers. »
