"On our first day as we were entering the room the fire alarm went off. It went off again roughly at 10 pm at night when I was already sleeping. I am a fully disabled veteran with ptsd and having to wake up to this again was extremely upsetting. I called Expedia and was told I should hear something from the manager the next day as they were off on our first day there. Unfortunately for me I was never called or checked up on. Guess it wasn’t that important for the manager to check up on a guest"

"Fireplace didn’t work. Microwave don’t work. Shower wouldn’t drain so we had to rinse and bathe in the hot tub. Photos of the room we reserved were much different than the room we were given. It was overall a terrible experience and staff didn’t want to make it right. Needless to say our anniversary night was ruined. We’ve stayed here many times and never ever had a bad experience like this. When I tried to speak with the manager she gave a big “sigh”.. unfortunately we will probably not come back."

"This is our most favorite place to stay with our family of 7. We booked 2 rooms and had no issues and they were just a few doors down from each other. Can't ask for anything better with Mo's right next door and the bay and the beach are within walking distance. Never have any issues when booking here. 10/10 recommend. Our kids love the free breakfast in the morning too!"
