"Loved our stay here! Would definitely go back. The staff are so lovely and helpful they work so hard.
Spa was great too. The area is super chilled and great food and friendly hospitality.
Only thing would say is the Wi-Fi isn’t perfect but think that’s Greece in general. "
"Nice resort, large and well maintained. Rooms are OK. As an all inclusive, the food is just OK. There is some variety but the quality and the taste are so-so. "
"The staff here is so friendly. The pools were great and the location is perfect... Not too far off the major highway and walking distance to my favorite little town on the island, Sisi (tons of restaurant and shopping)."
"The hotel was clean and beautiful and rooms great size.
The entertainment was unfortunately terrible apart from one guy who did the table tennis there was no active promotion of activities and the ones that did run weren’t set up well one member of staff just set up then sat on her phone and let the guests crack on
One of the bar staff was totally rude and inappropriate giving underage teenagers shots even questioned my 13 year old why he didn’t want alcohol on holiday but it was only her all...

Amazing place right on the sea

"Mitsis Rinela was like paradise on earth. The staff was beyond accommodating and always left us with a smile. The nightly shows were great and the views were even better. We truly did not want to leave. If you're looking for the perfect vacation spot, look no further! "
"We had a wonderful holiday at Bella Beach. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the vibe was friendly and relaxed. It benefits from being a smaller hotel, when compared with some of the adjacent properties.
We stayed in late October, so the hotel was naturally quieter, but there was still plenty on offer for guests, and particularly for families. A couple of the noted facilities (mini golf etc.) are no longer available on site, but that didn't detract from our stay.
The location is also good; 20mins drive from Heraklion airport and within 60-90mins of many of the popular attractions.
Our only observation is that some guests may feel that the five-star rating is misleading, but I think that's possibly a subjective point. This is a quality hotel, but it isn't the high-end luxury that some might expect of five stars. However, it is still excellent and, frankly, suited us better as a family just the way it was. "

"We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. The grounds are huge and complex feel like little village. We had an issue the first night with not getting the room with sea view which we paid for, but the staff went out of their way to get that corrected and we were placed in a room with the sea view the next night. We were also given a voucher for lunch for 2 in French restaurant as for the inconvenience. Beach area is beautiful, water is crystal clear and warm. There are several pools around. Nature is beautiful. Buffet offers variety of option for everyone. Super convenient location, very close to village Sisi that has tons of restaurants, gift shops and activities. About 40 min away from Heraklion and Agias Nikolaos. "

"The Palace is advertised as a 5 star, however it should be rated as 4 star. I had to move the bed to watch an uninterrupted view of the TV as one of the four posters posts was in the middle of the TV view. There are no t-bags or milk in the room and I had to continually ask for more coffee and sugar. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating. The room is comfortable, but does not warrant a 5 star. There is no shuttle service to the airport, which costs a basic 45 Euros. The Diana supermarket is handy at a 2 minute walk and the beach and bars are 5 minutes walk, although the beach is flooded with sun loungers that all belong to the various bars. The beach is very rocky near the shore line. The food is good, however very little seafood. Mussels were available once and fish was generally served in a sauce.
A nice hotel, conveniently located with helpful staff, but as stated not a 5 star."
