« Pros: Die Dachterrasse ist schön und groß. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut . Cons: Durch die niedrigen Temperaturen im März 23 merkte man, dass eine Heizung fehlte , nur mit Klimaanlagen heizen geht nicht und erhöht nur die Stromkosten, die separat bezahlt werden müssen. Leider hat sich dadurch Schimmel an einer Wand im Schlafzimmer gebildet. Eigentlich hätte man vom Mietpreis etwas ersetzt bekommen müssen. »

« Positiv war insbesondere der Check-in der bereits vorab online durchgeführt wurde und die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsselkasten. Die direkte Umgebung war sehr ruhig. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings an zwei Tagen Arbeiten auf dem Grundstück im Gange, die vorher nicht angekündigt waren. Man wundert sich schon wenn plötzlich ein fremder auf dem Hof steht und „Krach“ macht. »

« Très vieille demeure typique de Majorque isolée sur un grand terrain doté de magnifiques orangers et citronniers. Tout confort, douche extérieure, un régal. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. La terrasse était jonchée de...

Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt. »

"Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Très propre, super accueil et gentillesse du personnel. Les équipements sont complets. Un vrai plus le spa, sauna et hammam après une journée de visite. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées. La chambre est simple mais fonctionnelle. Très propre. L’insonorisation de l’extérieur est bonne mais insuffisante entre les chambres. Le seul bémol dans la chambre: les oreillers. Trop plats et durs, à changer. Le buffet matin et soir est varié et très bon, avec un thème différent chaque soir. Un hôtel calme et familial, en tout cas en cette saison. "
