Free WiFi Welcome to this romantic three-storey house with room for 4 people. It is located in the centre of Costitx although withing a green area that will amaze you. Right at the entrance of the house, a cosy and beautiful stone terrace welcomes you. It is perfect to enjoy a coffee every morning or a good glass of wine or champagne when the sun sets. On the other hand, the top terrace is even better, because it offers a wonderful jacuzzi where you can relax while admiring the amazing views to the forest fields and two sun loungers to bask in the sun. The jacuzzi temperature varies between 15 and 43ºC. With a rustic appearance over the facade, the house offers inside a modern style on the contrary, but you will still feel the charm of a true home. When you enter, you find a comfortable living room with TV-Sat and air-conditioning, a shower bathroom and a dream-like dining kitchen. In white contrasting with the grey countertops, it offers a direct exit to the terrace and it is equipped with a large island with a ceramic top and all the appliances and needed tools for the family chef to cook his/her best dishes. On the first floor, you will find a second bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with air-conditioning, one with a double bed and a walk-in closet and the other with two twin beds and a closet. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. On the top floor there is a second living room with air-conditioning where you can spend time together. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The surroundings of this beautiful town house are very beautiful. Costitx is a small and authentic interior village, perfect to know the true Mallorcan habits like enjoying your breakfast or the traditional dishes in the local bar, buying the basic groceries or enjoying a walk through its streets and fields. We recommend you visit the street markets of other nearby villages like Sineu on Wednesdays or Inca on Thursdays, among many others. If you feel like going to the beach you can choose among a variety: Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcudia or Son Serra de Marina in the north or Playa de Palma and es Trenc in the south. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse ist für 2 Personen ausgerichtet und ist das Highlight der Unterkunft. Außerdem ist das Haus gut ausgestattet und bietet viele Extras. Es fliegen viele Flugzeuge über die Unterkunft, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster sind sie nicht zu hören und nicht störend. Zur Lage ist zu sagen, dass in dem kleinen Ort alles zu finden ist, was man braucht: ein Restaurant, eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, eine Apotheke und eine Bank. Aber für größere Einkäufe oder Unternehmungen ist ein Auto notwendig, aber das sollte ja bei einer Unterkunft innerhalb der Insel klar sein. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich. Trotz Sprachbarriere war sie sehr hilfreich und der Kontakt sehr einfach. Muchas Gracias. ##### Christin D.
