### Holiday Home 'Groc' with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Casa Groc is located in Costitx and boasts a beautiful view of the mountain. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.  
  
This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a garden, three open terraces, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. #### A quiet retreat in the Mallorcan countryside.

The lil’ Casa Groc house was perfect for my week of riding my bike and sleeping on the island of Mallorca. Super quiet and plenty of space all around the little cottage, but close to groceries and restaurants. Check in was super slick and property owner was very responsive.

#### Ideal for a quiet holiday.

Pros: It was ideal base for our kind of holiday, when we are travelling all the days around the island and then we can sleep well in peaceful house/resort. Cons: We understand, that this type of house is ideal for hor summer and that´s very hard to heat up it if the temperature is decreasing to zero.

Pros: Wirklich schöne Unterkunft. Alles vorhanden. Mückennetz wäre zu empfehlen wenn man so stickempfindlich ist wie ich. Cons: Früher check out. Wischeimer und Wischer wären schön, da es sich empfiehlt zwischendurch mal die Böden zu wischen
