In this common natural materials, such as the natural stone façade, skillfully combined with modern furnishings. The house is situated on a 12 000 square meter plot in absolute solitary position without direct neighborhood. From the slightly elevated lying pool overlooks the original landscape of the island center. Between pool and house invites a small garden to the sleepy linger under the trees and on the covered terrace is a relaxing drive out the day. From here you get to the ground level house directly into a spacious and cozy living and dining area, the modern and fully equipped kitchen to open occupies half of the floor space. Two doors lead to an airy modern bathroom with an open shower and a romantic bedroom with double bed and clothes drawers each. In the living room, the sofa-bed for a third person can fix up. Both Sineu with its numerous restaurants, two supermarkets and a train station as well as the smaller Llubí with its lovely church square and an area surrounded by bars can all be reached in just a few minutes by car. Also to the beautiful beaches in the north is not far away and the motorway in Inca offers a more convenient access. Das Grundstück ist sehr abgelegen und so manche Anfahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr abenteuerlich;-) Im Haus ist alles vorrätig was man braucht , der Pool ist super frisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im benachbarten Inca genug. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte hätten wir . Wir waren 12 Tage dort und hätten gerne eine Waschmaschine vorrätig gehabt um Badesachen und Handtücher ab und zu durchzuwaschen. Und das zweite wäre ein Deckenventilator in der Stube aber vor allem im Schlafzimmer ist zwingend nötig. Denn obwohl wir alle Fenster und Fensterläden am Tage geschlossen hatten war so manche Nacht unerträglich warm und man fühlte sich wie im Backofen. Trotz dieser zwei Sachen würden wir die Finca empfehlen und auch wir sie wieder buchen. Tolle Kommunikation mit der Agentur und ein sehr netter Vermieter.. Alles hat unkompliziert funktioniert und unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Alles was man benötigt, ist vorhanden, selbst Küchengewürze.. Die liebevoll gestaltete Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist ganz für sich allein und kann seinen Aufenthalt ungestört genießen. After 1 year waiting und pushing back the trip, we finally could relax ourselves there. Everything is perfect to have a good time, nice places to chill / eat outside, great kitchen to cook fresh product, the nice garden that smells like orange flowers and the swimming pool of course. The house doesn't have Wifi but it's a nice way to disconnect and you can still find 4G around :) The host is very lovely, we recommend it without hesitation! ##### Jordan T. Relativ in der Inselmitte gelegen, befand man sich umgeben von Natur und Tieren. Mit dem Auto war alles super zu erreichen. Die Finca ist wikrlich ein ort, an dem man runterfahren kann. Die Ausstattung war prima, der Pool herrlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer problemlos. Für uns eine richtige Erholoase. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ##### Marina M. Wir kamen auf teils abenteuerlichen Wegen in der kleinen Finca an und wurden von unserem Vermieter - unter Einhaltung aller Corona-Bedingungen - herzlich empfangen. Verständigen konnten wir uns in einfachem Englisch. Die Finca war super gepflegt und sauber. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Die Räume konnten durch schwere Holzaußentüren vor Hitze gesichert werden. Daher vermissten wir keine Klimaanlage. Der nächtliche WC-Gang wurde erleichtert durch Bewegungsmelder, die kurze Lichtfrequenzen gesendet haben, so dass der Gang durch das Haus auch ohne Einschalten von Lampen möglich war. Herrlich war auch besonders der Privatpool. Es kostete meist erstmal Überwindung, dort einzusteigen, aber es war höchst erfrischend. An jeder Stelle des Pools kann man als Erwachsener gut stehen. Im Garten gab es Obstbäume. Orangen und Zitronen waren noch nicht reif, aber die Feigen konnten wir ernten und mit Ziegenfrischkäse als echten Gaumenschmaus genießen. Es war etwas schwierig, einen geeigneten Lebensmittelladen zu finden. Wir sind dafür ca. 8 km nach Inca zum Hiper Market gefahren. Dort gab es alles, was man brauchte, auch frische Backwaren und warme Speisen zum dort essen oder mitnehmen. Alle drei Tage kam unser lieber Vermieter abends - geschützt mit einer Maske - zu uns und hat nach dem Rechten geschaut. Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Finca sowas von genossen! Allerdings ... in den letzten drei Tagen hat der Besitzer des unmittelbar neben dem Pool liegenden Grundstücks angefangen, täglich Säge- und Holzarbeiten durchzuführen. Das hat die ruhige Idylle, in denen es vorher nur das Bimmeln und Blöken der Schafe, die Hühner und Esel, einen Regionalzug und ein paar Flugzeuge gab, etwas eingeschränkt. Zug und Flugzeuge waren für uns auch nicht störend. Jetzt sind wir wieder zuhause ... aber in Gedanken sind wir noch in "unserem" Haus und vermissen die Weite, die Landschaft, den Pool und die Sonne! Ganz lieben Dank für alles - auch an Frau Voss vom Special Mallorca Team. Wir schauen auf jeden Fall auch auf dieser Seite nach einer Finca für das nächste Jahr! ##### Andrea und Birgit S.
