"We came to Arkansas for a mother daughter trip and we had the best time. We came to canoe but the water level was to high to safely float especially with children. Marc told us about a hiking trail called little missouri falls and it was well worth the 40 min drive. We hiked and we got to swim at the waterfall. We loved it, you will need a truck or suv to manage the terrain into the trail. We also spent time in hot springs which is about a 45 min drive. "

"Lovely home, lots of room and amenities. Kitchen had everything you'd need, plus! Easy communication with host. Information on Wi-Fi, area resources, and check-out easily accessible. Would stay again in a heartbeat.P.S. Just a couple of maintenance things: kitchen knives need to be sharpened, there was a slight drip from the A/C vent over the dining table chair on the window side. Might need to be checked. "

"The cabin is right on the river. The cabin's a little small but very clean and nice. We had 3 people which was the perfect number for the size.If you're floating the river you can see your cabin when you pass by which is pretty cool. "

"Loved this property! So peaceful and relaxing. Listening to the birds and the creek was what we needed. The hot tub and firepit, with plenty of firewood, was a bonus! Had fun in the area too! Really want to go back to this one!"

"This was the perfect spot for being on Lake Ouachita. Absolutely gorgeous! We had easy access to the lake, just steps away. Having a full kitchen to prepare food was nice. Just be aware, there is no wifi in the cabins, and cell service (for me and my husband) was very spotty. The satellite channels they have are minimal. Most things are pay per view, so there's generally just 1 or 2 free movie options per evening. No Netflix/Hulu/HBO. We weren't in the cabin much, so it wasn't a huge deal, just don't plan on trying to do computer work or use the internet unless you've made other preparations."
