We are so excited to share our little piece of heaven with you.

This spacious condo has a wood burning fireplace, porch lake views, gas grill, luxurious master suite and coastal finishes. Master bedroom has king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a full bunk bed.

We can’t wait for you to come enjoy our favorite lake; Lake Ouachita! Park your boat in our calm cove (the whole cove is a no wake zone) and you are steps away from your relaxing home away from home. Our favorite spot is sitting in the porch swing watching deer snacking in the yard and the boats breezing by. Bring your boat, kayak, atv, or just your loved ones. :)

The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, and direct access to the large back porch overlooking the water.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on top and bottom. Neither room has a ceiling fan, however, we have a small fan for each room in the closet.

In the hallway closet we have board games, cards, and dominoes. There are also pickle ball paddles and balls (there is a court on complex). In the closet on the back porch there is a kids picnic table. We use this both inside and outside to provide an easier spot for our kids to sit and eat. There is also baggo, some kids toys, and extra propane for the grill.
