The home is located in Summit County within a 20 minute drive to many ski resorts and national parks, you will always have an assortment of outdoor activities at your fingertips. Features an expansive dining room and living area and an open plan entertaining space with large island. Close to nightlife and shopping the home is steps away from the Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks and other amenities. Open, indoor shared spaces for entertaining large groups comfortably. There are several access points for the home. A keypad/ digital door lock on the front door, as well as the main garage. The Eagles Nest neighborhood includes the prestigious Raven Golf Course and its rolling hills. You'll find unique homes in a walkable area whether you're on sidewalks or the groomed trails that are intertwined throughout the neighborhood offering a wealth of outdoor sights and experiences just outside your door. We stayed at another property, in the same neighborhood last year. We already liked the location. We actually had way more space than we needed. It was my family of 6, my sister-in-law's family of 6, and my father-in-law and his girlfriend. My nephew has special needs. We were super happy with this layout, the open main level was perfect for us.
