"The room was very clean. The breakfast was worth the stay. Close to restaurants and shopping, convenient location right next the interstate. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Very dog friendly if you are traveling with your fur babies. This hotel was very modern and clean. Staff could use some help with customer service but the hotel was wonderful. "

"Love the room layout for the rooms with 2 queen beds. It is an older facility but has been well maintained. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. We were only here long enough to shower and sleep before getting back on the road. "

"This was our headquarters for a four day visit to Zion national Park. We were very happy with our selection. This is a relatively new hotel, the rooms are very spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, and we were surprised that there was daily Housekeeping services – – something you hardly find anywhere anymore. We chose this location because it was less than half the price of comparable hotels in Springdale, which is right at the park entrance. But the 16 mile distance from this property to the park entrance was a minor inconvenience and saved us hundreds of dollars. We also discovered that La Verkin is just three miles away from Hurricane Utah with dozens of restaurants. And the hotel has a Maverick gas station and minimart across the street and a full-service grocery store just two blocks away. The outdoor pool was small, but adequate as was the morning breakfast. All in all of this was a good choice and worth considering for those of you that don't want to pay the hugely inflated prices in Springdale."

"There were two sets of panhandlers near the property which made me feel unsafe.
Also, the directions to the property off of Brigham Street were very unclear
& unsafe as are the turnabouts that come near to the property are very unsafe. The cars are being driven at a very high rate of spped & one car nearly hit us as we were walking to Dickey's BBQ.
THERE NEEDS TO BE LIVE SECURITY NOT JUST
SECURITY cameras around the property. 🎊❤️"
