"We had a wonderful time in Yellowstone with our base being at "Marcia's House". Marcia and her assistant Julie made sure that everything was in order and that our stay would be as expected. You simply cannot ask for a better location if you are in Silver Gate for a Yellowstone visit. My wife and I spent 5 glorious days fly fishing and exploring the "Serengeti of North America". We saw two grizzlies, two black bears, multiple pronghorn, and hundreds of bison. The Soda Butte provided some great fly fishing, though it was quite technical being late September. We still caught our share, and did so in some of the most beautiful expanses in the world. Marcia was a wonderful host. Her book and back story made the trip even more special for me and my nature loving wife. We hope to come back for more adventures in the future."

The Druid's Cabin - A Wolf Crossing Cabin next to Yellowstone

"Virtually no sound barrier between next room. Cabin name was mislabeled. Dirty room and bed spread and blanket. Difficult access to outlets. Mouse trapped in trap. Larger gritter scratching and gnawing bottem of floor from under the cabin fro 3:00 AM until I stated moving in the AM. Sign identifying the VRBO. sign was very hard to see and covered by a flag which made it impossible to find the driveway. Site manager was pleasant but was residing in the cabin I was assuming genes to. She said the names of the cabins had changed. "

"Very close to Yellowstone Northeast entrance. Across the street from a great restaurant. Cute store in office. There was only WiFi at the office, not in the rooms. Room was dreary. "

" Very small difficulty going up so called stairs more like a ladder outdoor fire pit was broken bedroom electric fireplace was not operational ceiling in bedroom was about six feet high in the center not enough room to get out of bed on either side so had to enter and exit the bed at the end I would not recommend anyone over 55 to rent this property my wife and I left 2 days early because it was not safe going up and down so called stairs and there was no lights at the top of the stairs we had to use a flashlight "

Charming cabin with WiFi in Silver Gate/Cooke City

"We really love the cabin, we felt at home there, home away from home. We love the rustic feeling of the cabin. It was set up to meet our needs, love the TV upstairs with a VCR build into it and we watch movies up there. The wifi is spotty but it still work great for us, sometimes you just need a quite space to get away from everything. It was very close to the north entrance of the park, which work great for us. We would definitely stay here again if we came back, love it. its a big 5 star to us and beyond. Thank you, Jenkinsons. "
