« Location In town was good but will most likely not stay again. Very minimal amenities that most places have. I have lived in the valley 20 years and never had a house with so many spiders and earwigs inside. 3 nights and was in the house mainly for just sleeping and saw over 9 spiders not a fan. Couldn’t get anything to load with WiFi and had absolute zero service in town. So had to wait til I got home to write review. Usually places we stay have more detailed check out instructions and house...

« This was a lovely property and Kim and her family were wonderful. My husband almost drowned and had to be hospitalized in Glenwood Springs and Kim’s daughter Tiffany and her husband visited him twice and took him flowers and goodies from Starbucks. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the alpaca ranch to everyone! Thanks again »

« The experience of this property is absolutely amazing! The hosts who run the farm are kind and great to work with. The alpacas really turn it into a fun and memorable experience as opposed to just another place to stay. The house was wonderful, clean, and overall great to stay in. »

« Everything from start to finish was so easy. For the price, you are getting a stay that exceed expectations. We booked the farm house for a staycation and it was perfect. You're writhing decent distance of Glenwood Hot Springs and its downtown area. The home is so clean and more than what you can expect for most listings. It's exactly as it looks in the photos. The host, David, was so responsive and great at communicating anything you may need to know. We had a cake that we needed refrigerated...

« Amazing home and property. Clean, truly! Our host David was attentive to our needs without being intrusive. He made sure immediately that we had everything we needed... and so many amenities you don't often see... full size hand/dish soap, plenty of t.p., kleenex, paper towels, and kitchen baggies, aluminum foil, parchment paper. And the kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware, tools for inside and grill... pots, pans, bowels and platters. There was NOTHING we wanted for at this amazing...
