"This was a great place to relax with a good view and explore the Lake Thun and Interlaken area. It was away from all the tourists and was so relaxing. "You must have a phone or internet in order to check in. Very inconvenient for international travelers. There is no reception. No one physically present. Internet was an issue during the stay. "This was a one bedroom studio apartment. The condition of the apartment was not great. The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator - about which we are not informed about at the time of booking. Imagine carrying 4 suitcases to the 4th floor. The appartment gets direct sun and there were no fans. It got very very hot in the day time. This apartment is built in attic and we kept on bumping our heads. Avoid this place, if you can."

"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. "The staff was exceptional! They offered dining at late hours of the evening, which was helpful when we got in late and there weren’t many options in the area. The bus comes right to the hotel and took about 40 minutes with stops to get to Interlaken. We couldn’t get any bikes from the property and there weren’t any bike rental shops in the area so we did have to travel by bus to go on adventures around the area. "
