"Wonderful place to stay at. Easy check-in and checkout. Communication was very easy. Quick walk across the street to the beach & nice pool at the condo. Enjoyed watching the sunset each night on the beach. Free transportation with Breeze trolley , takes you all around the island, just provide a tip. Don’t even need to rent a car. We did use Instacart to get grocery’s delivered to us and just Uber/Lyft to and from the airport with no issues."

"My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. It was only 2 days but the place was super cleaned and as described. Parking was a slight hassle as they were doing paving when we arrived and we couldn’t park under cover and had to park across the complex. But that was no fault of the owner. We loved the location of this unit as it is easy access to a beautiful private beach that was peaceful and calm. We wished we could’ve stayed longer, but it was a welcome respite for us. Ruth was a wonderful host and very communicative and helpful. Definitely can recommend this place if you’re visiting siesta key and want a relaxing spot with wonderful beach access!"

"We had an amazing time at this location. It was very close to the village just few minutes drive, aLao close to so many restaurants and there was a trolly stop right outside the community. The unit was very comfy and spacious ,kitchen is fairly equipped. Might need a little bit of attention to upgrade some missing items .We had a small issue with plumbing, but the host was great in responding promptly and sending a plumber in very short time. Loved that the community had a private beach access. The unit had 2 umbrellas and the chairs and lounges were available on the beach and in great condition. You could also rent a big tent that someone will set up for you as well.The beach is extremely children/baby friendly ,great for families."

"Our family stayed here for a week in August 2026. Beautiful townhouse located steps away from the beach. Very spacious, large rooms, everything you need in the kitchen. The beach amenities with wagon a major plus. Indoor parking. Erika was a great host. Responded quickly to our questions. Great experience!!!"

"We had an incredibly pleasant stay that exceeded our expectations. The unit we stayed in was spotlessly clean. When we encountered an issue with the Keurig machine not working, the staff was prompt in replacing it with a brand-new one. Extending our stay at this beautiful place was a no-brainer, and the staff made the process seamless. From the exceptional hospitality and customer service, to the ideal location and magnificent view, this was one of our top vacation stays to date."

"The property was even more than expected. The host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect.Absolutely Amazing Vacation Rental!We had the most incredible stay at this vacation rental! The location is truly unbeatable, only about a 2-minute walk to Siesta Key Beach.The house itself was absolutely perfect for our group. It is spacious, beautifully designed, and full of amazing amenities. The theater room and game room were extraordinary and kept everyone entertained for hours. The outdoor areas are just phenomenal , the pool area, golf course, volleyball court, soccer court, and barbecue area made it feel like our own private resort.One of the things we loved most was how well the house accommodated a large group. There are two huge kitchens, game room, all the bedrooms has a tv, the kitchens are amazing, making meal prep easy and convenient, and the bedrooms are very large with plenty of beds for everyone to stay comfortably.This house is absolutely breathtaking, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed for both relaxation and fun.A special thank you to Betty, who was an amazing host from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you so much, Betty you are the best!We can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you for everything!"
